Nomad luxury. Literally. However I didn’t even exist I imagine Woodstock could have been like this place, without sober mushrooms and stuff, of course. Like a family when you arrive thats your first impression. They dont welcome anybody, you need to deserve it first. (One of the local girls needs more time to get used to you, but the others are accepting without no questions from the first (second) moment. All and all we had excellent time here, despite the rainy season.

The two rooms were very clean and modern. They even cleaned the room for us again in the middle of our trip. The people were very nice and easy to talk to. The food was amazing and always served with a smile. The wifi was good for the location. The beach is stunning and almost all to yourself, amazing for snorkelling or just casual swimming (no jelly fish) 10/10 recommend and will surely be coming back!!!

Away from the city's hustle and bustle, the last building in the village brings tranquility, situated on a hill in a jungle, with a garden full of lush vegetation, and cool mornings. We felt safe and slept well. Benjamin is always there with advice and recommendations. Kristine cooks fresh and tasty food, priced at decent rates. There are two common areas to relax and admire the landscape or vegetation, and they also have a pool. Located halfway to the underground River tours, it's ideal for the morning pick-up of the shared transfer; you're picked up last, so you avoid the crowds and stops at other hotels, then on the return, you're the first to be dropped off, which is wonderful because you're tired after the tour. You can reach Porto Princess city or Honda Bay Wharf by public bus or shared van if you want to try the Island Hopping Tour. They also offer transportation or you can move around with a scooter, which they have for rent, by bus, or shared van. It's so pleasant here that we extended our stay by another day. Great resort with everything you need. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! Ramaon and his staff are great and are all very friendly and helpful. Rona who cooked for us the entire time makes the best Filipino food we have had! The owner Ramaon is great and extremely helpful! He even took us to a full moon party on the beach and then spent the whole night drinking with us back at the resort. He even arranged onward travel to Port Barton and dropped us off at the bus station. The pool is big and the grounds are lovely and scenic. The resort is in the mountainous area of Bacungan and they even arranged a pick up from our other hotel in Puerto princessa. James and Laura who also help out at the resort even arranged for us to get a motorbike and dropped it off at the resort for us. As the resort is quite remote a motorbike for 1 day or so would be required to visit Nagtabon beach and the other beaches in the area. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and did us fine for the 4 nights. If we were to return to Palawan we would 100% return to banlaw!!
