Absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic staff such as Junelyn on reception and Diane, who works in the restaurant/bar. My room extremely comfortable and cool. Great air-conditioning. Cold showers but who needs hot showers when it is so hot outside. Delicious food. For a small community like Caticlan this hotel is an oasis. Near the airport and a couple hundred meters to the boat port for Boracay.

The hotel was less than a 30 second walk to the beach. There are tons of cafes and restaurants only a few minutes away as well. My favorite part was the premade beach bags that the front desk gave you as you were leaving that had a towel and sarong. The breakfast area had a great view too!

It was a pleasure to be under your care! You created such a cozy and awesome atmosphere, that our vacation in Feliz Hotel in Boracay was the best rest! Everything was on the highest level: hotel location, interior and cleanliness of the rooms, food, entertainments, service and sensitivity to our request. We recommend to stay in Feliz as long as it allows for your vacation - you will not get boring. Mr. Alan, thank you for all activities, that you offered for our kids - Pizza Master Class, Chief experience, Fire Show. The staff are really kind, they will help you to make your stay very convenient. They are friendly and always give warm greetings. The hotel offers help for your laundry and room service massage. The location of the hotel is also nice, close to dmall, and minutes walk to the beach. Also, i really appreciate the staff on the next building whenever we have our breakfast.. they serve with smiles.. our family stay is really amazing.

    Caticlan is a small community mostly used for by travelers to ferry between the mainland and Boracay. If you so happen to stay longer then there are tours into the hills. At the Port there is a bank, 7/11, pharmacy and many other stores. Also a high volume of security personnel. Very safe place. To get around you can walk like I did or take a trike for virtually no cost. (There is a cost obviously).

    The staff, cabana king room, and facilities (pool and bar) were incredible. The food coming out of the kitchen was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend UNWND! We stayed for 1 night before flying out of Caticlan Airport. It was so enjoyable that we could’ve stayed longer.

    The staff were very helpful especially as there was a storm and no more hotels available in town. There was no electricity due to the storm but the staff took us in and fed us. Luckily the electricity back on.
