Awesome facilities including amazing pools. It is a resort in a remote province and a great place to see northern Negros.

The location of the property was exceptional. There are so many amenities nearby, from restaurants, shopping malls, public markets, and easy access to public transport. The resident is also located in a very secure and safe sub division with 24-hour gated security. Also, Sylvia, our host, was very accommodating. She was just a call or a text away, and she would help you out with anything. She also lived nearby, so it was very convenient.

The AC was superb, and the staff was accommodating, especially the gay one.

Near to the airport Near to airport but this place is super safe and the staff are super good at all time you cam buy your own food and keep it there ,all good we rebooked 2 more times

The manager is very friendly , he can pick you up and drop you anywhere . Room is large and confortable, in a nice house, we felt at home . Very clean and good WiFi

A warm friendly welcome upon arrival is something every hotel guest anticipates. More than that, I was greeted by name and every time thereafter. At breakfast, the receptionist welcomed us with a smile while the egg station waiter cheerfully greeted good morning! He prepared and delivered the ordered omelette to the table with flair, without delay. Seeing that the wait staff was rather short, he was also quick to wait on guests’ tables. When we returned to the room at the end of a hectic day, my husband wanted to make a cup of coffee. Everything was in the room except boiling water. He walked a few meters to the water dispenser in the hallway. The inviting scent of coffee made me wish for a cup too, so he went a second time. A passing Housekeeping staff saw what was going on and without being asked, fetched an electric kettle for our room. Flexibility and sensitivity to guests’ needs seemed imbedded in the staff’s minds and hearts. This kind of initiative and genuinely happy, efficient service abounds across the hotel and overall reflects management’s meticulous training, motivation and value of their team. I highly recommend to visit this hotel when in Bacolod, Negros Occ Philippines.
