The resort itself is beautiful. It is surrounded by wildlife and jungle. Our room was really big, bed was comfortable, food in the resort was really tasty. The pool was lovely and big! We spent 2 nights here and I would of stayed another couple of nights but we had to move on to the next place. The staff were so friendly and they even memorised our names which made us feel even more welcome. I will be recommending this resort to anyone who visits Bohol!

Antonio Homestay is like a home away from home, it has all the amenities you need - hot & cold shower with good pressure, comfy bed, quiet air con, slippers, blanket & wash kit. The staff are very kind, when we arrived (Holy Saturday) dinner wasn’t available at the property so they drove us to the nearest restaurant & picked us up after our meal. They also drop us off at the jeepney terminal at the end of our stay. As well as organising a scooter rental & firefly tour. The location is very good - close to the Loboc river, having a scooter is recommended to reach restaurants & activities (tarsiers, chocolate hills & river activities)

Very cute place with spacious and comfortable room. AC is really cold and the shared bathroom is big and clean with plenty of water pressure. The hosts are friendly, the dinner is great, well-priced and served right in front of your room😄. There are cold drinks available for very, very fair price. We will come back if we are ever in the area again! Also the cats are adorable.

The room we had was beautiful, with a view on the backyard. Clean, well kept place within lush greenery. The restaurant offers tasty food, and the coffee is really good. And the most importantly- the staff, wow, wow. Bunch of amazing people, their hospitality skills are on another level. Highly recommend staying here. I can say with confidence that this was one of our favorite places we ever stayed, and we travel a lot.

Everything was just perfect! Our accommodation so peculiar, chance to be so close with nature don’t happens so often. The best part was the staff, everyone so kind and helpful. They help us with everything, from the motorbike rental to the tour during the day, organising everything … lot of activities, exceptional the sunset paddling with Milo.     We had planned to do river trips but instead just did our own paddling on the river. The river isnt particularly special and it seems there are limitations to the trips (e.g. frequently you cant swim at the falls). It does have a strong current so be careful when in the water. The hotel provides a guide in case of difficulty. BTW: The Tarsier "sanctuary" was a massive disappointment. Just a photo op. Chocolate Hills platform gives a lovely view, but an hour is enough. We did these on the way to the hotel, so saved a day trip.

    Loboc is a beautiful place to stay because most of the well known attractions like Chocolate Hills, Loboc River Cruises, and the famous Tarsiers are all so close to Loboc. If you intend to see those places, Loboc is the best one!

    Staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Restaurant was top notch with lot's of delicious dishes to choose from. Location is a must if you want to see Loboc river, Chocolate hills, and tarsier sanctuaries. The hotel itself is nestled between the river and surrounding forest. We really enjoyed the hotel massages and how immersed in nature the hotel is, having monkeys and a meditation wellness space available for use. We also enjoyed using the paddles and kayaking the river with the equipment the hotel provides.

    Great dining experience - we had a dinner/breakfast/lunch and they are good with reasonable price. We also tried "fireflies tour" at 6:30pm and kayaking at 9am next day, the experience was great too. The rooms are OK. Given the rooms are built on top of swamp, you cannot compare them with rooms in the city.

    I would absolutely rate Loboc as somewhere to visit!

    I would absolutely rate Loboc as somewhere to visit! We had the most fantastic time staying at The Water to Forest Ecolodge and hired scooters to visit the chocolate hills and explore various waterfalls (head off early and you'll probably find you have Pangas Falls all to yourself (it cost about 20pesos to access & had a shop selling drinks and snacks on the roadside). The scenery is absolutely stunning and the locals are just the friendliest we've ever encountered. A beautiful place, I feel very privileged to have visited.

    Loboc was a great place to explore the sights of bohol and the loboc river. Quite far from Panglao / alona beach so don’t recommend basing yourself here if you want to do more beach stuff/ island hopping. Would recommend one or two full days in Loboc- you can do the chocolate hills and tarsiers in the same tour. Also Paddleboarding down loboc river was really fun. Evening Firefly tour was special too! Loboc river resort was a great place to base yourself- and the food in the restaurant amazing! Avoid the animal park/butterfly farm it’s cruelty! But do go to the tarsier sanctuary in corella as they treat the tarsiers better (or so the lonely planet says!) than other places.

    Great location in the Center of Loboc, we literally used as a base for one night whilst we toured around to do the river, tarsiers and chocolate hills at our own pace. As expected it was pretty basic, but for the price we paid, the a/c worked well and the water in the bathroom worked too!
