What an amazing place! We had the Deluxe room and the experience was perfect, very classy. Personnel is professional and helpful, and the cuisine is at its very least splendid. The shoppingmall on the second floor is a real treat. It is nice you don't have to leave the building for such a premium facility.

We LOVED everything about Grand Hyatt. Best hotel you can book! Beds are so comfortable, great facilities, 24/7 gym, beautiful spa area and excellent staff. From Matt checking us in, Genesis and Ivy warm welcome every morning for breakfast, Maricel on floor 6 and Shiela for the fantastic massage! I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Especially Sheila Acao (we left crocs kid shoes - contacted the housekeeping and spoken to Sheila as we already back home in Davao and offered to send this via LBC; my family were grateful for her extended service). I stayed at Novotel for a night and overall the experience was awesome, the room was very clean and bed was so comfortable and we had a very nice sleep. The service was very accomodating and they answered our queries on time, they are so responsive. Location was close to Rockwell and public transport which made getting around easy. Amenities- nice pool and theres also a gym and nice garden for a nice walk too. Thank you for the great service! Looking forward to our next booking!

I was struck by the cleanliness and modernity of the room. Not only was it impeccably maintained, but the fantastic view truly made my stay unforgettable. It was a joy to wake up to such scenery in the morning. The location is good near the malls and its like 20 mins away from the airport. The amenities you provide greatly enhanced my overall experience. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center or the inviting lounge area, every aspect made my stay more enjoyable. The room is also equipped with kitchen appliances, great for long stay. I want to highlight the customer service as well, it was superb. Especially I want to thank you for accommodating my early check-in request. It was a thoughtful gesture that really smoothed my arrival, making the beginning of my stay seamless. I will certainly recommend your property to my friends and family.
