Super friendly staff, manager in particular was so helpful!! From the time of booking until after I left. Food was really good. I hired a scooter from them, they listened to what I wanted to do and made really good suggestions and organised an awesome guide rather than having to do the ‘normal’ touristy things in Sabang. Swimming pool and views are amazing. The rooms are small, but they are comfy, clean and private. They have lovely views. Really good value accommodation.

-that was the best room we had in our trip around Philippines, very comfortable bed, very clean and I'd even say European bathroom - the hotel owner accommodated all our requests and even went an extra mile cooking for us where we didn't have enough time to go to the restaurant and it was raining like crazy -after staying there we understand all good reviews and we are not surprised at all -you will not find better place to stay in Puerto Princesa - if we ever go back to the city we will definitely stay there again

Very nice staff that will help you book all transport and trips. Amazing rooms, surroundings and views. Pretty good restaurant and swimming pool. Very good free wifi (would have stayed longer if I knew that before arrival). We were alone in the whole hotel during the visit so it is another plus.

1. The room is very large with the daily rate I am paying. 2. There is a complimentary breakfast. 3. Very close to the airport as they picked us up and 5 mins later we arrived at the hotel. 4. I had an issue with a local SIM card in my mobile phone, and the front desk staff at that time was very helpful and patient with me as I made several trips to bug her about it.

    We didnt spend a lot of time in the Puerto itself sadly, given our resort was 90 minutes away but we made a couple of day trips and Puerto seems more relaxed & laid back than most cities in the Philippines with plenty of activities.

    Worst public ride rates, not regulated, mostly a rip-off. The streets are unsafe with so many potholes, no street cleaners to keep the dust away. I appreciate the vehicles stopping when a person crosses the street.

    The only point of living in this town is to take a tour of the underground river. The city itself is not made for people, and especially not for tourists. The only tourist street is Rizal Street, there are a few nice restaurants there, and that's it - there is nothing else to do in the city, nowhere to walk.

    The underground caves are wonderful.

    The underground caves are wonderful. If you enjoy craft brewed beers, then a visit to Palawena Brewery is a must. The brewmaster, Noah, is friendly and extremely knowledgeable . You have to try the Honey Brown Ale !

    I have stayed outside city in October 2024 at Astoria Resort...

    I have stayed outside city in October 2024 at Astoria Resort. I loved that visit. My visit in March 2025 was in Puerto Princesa itself. I was unsure about staying in the city, I'm a country boy. Stayed first few days at Aziza Paradise Hotel. I can recommend this. Not central, but close to Robinson Mall if you want to shop. otherwise has live music nightly. Next stay on that visit, Best Western Ivywall. This hotel was near airport and many attractions historical and gastronomic. I was not in any way disappointed with staying within the city for second time in Palawan. History mayb'e not everyones idea of vacation "fun" but I enjoyed visit to Palawan WW2 museum. Hey I'm an oldie myself ! And so to quote McArthur from WW2..... I will return !

    This location is NOT for the city slickers and resort...

    This location is NOT for the city slickers and resort regulars. It is for those adaptive enough to know that not all conveniences will be available. If you love adventure, slight adversity, navigational challenges, then this is the trip for you. To get to Puerto Princesa, you will have to fly in from either Manila or Cebu, Philippines. The town is located 5 hours south of the busy El Nido. If you book a hotel here, just do it for the night, as you will want to venture out to the rest of this long island. We loved the weather, location, sights, and the food. Plus, the people of the Philippines are so welcoming.

    I spent my birthday here in Puerto Princesa Palawan and we stayed here in Cleon Villas. First, I didn't expect it was just 6-8mins away from the airport and I love it! Second, all the staffs are very accommodating and friendly even their dog LOL. Lastly the price is very worth it knowing we added breakfast during our stay. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and will surely stay here again if I decided to go back here in Puerto Princesa Palawan.

    We had a great time staying at Casa Belina. We were very well taken care of as if we were the only visitor. We felt special as they are very warm and meticulous in their service. Plus the owner is very kind and took time to get to know us. The hotel itself is very clean and near to everthing like the malls, transpo, banks, restos. Nice larger hotel for Puerto Princesa, . poolside room was super quiet. Breakfast was a great variety. Nice clean, large pool with plenty of sunlounger chairs. A little shop across the road sells most things, drinks, snacks, toiletries, alcohol etc

    The hotel is in a great location in centre of Puerto Princesa. The room was big and very clean and has a view over the bay. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was great, there was someone to cook your eggs, and there was a selection of other savoury and sweet items.
