The location was excellent! They upgraded me to the Royal Suite is was amazing! I really appreciated this and the room was fantastic! Reception staff went above and beyond to help me from booking taxis to showing me the restaurants. Faisal was so helpful taking my bags to my room. The view from the room was lovely especially at sunset. My room has a bath tub with jets and I made good use of this! So relaxing! I will definitely be coming again in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel One Vogue Mall 35, and I must say, it was an experience worth remembering. From the moment I stepped in, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made me feel completely at home. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring I had everything I needed. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. What really stood out was the 24/7 service—whether it was a late-night request or early morning assistance, the team was always available with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the laundry service my clothes were not only cleaned but handled with great care. The restaurant staff also deserves recognition for serving a fresh and delicious breakfast each morning, making sure everything was just perfect. A special mention goes to the General Manager, whose presence and leadership reflect in every aspect of the hotel’s operations. He ensures that guests receive top-tier service, making the experience even more special. Overall, Hotel One Vogue Mall 35 is an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. Whether you're staying for business or leisure, this hotel truly goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Highly recommended!

From the very first time I entered until the time i was leaving, staff was very welcoming and helpful. The manager Mr Farooq was very nice and friendly and reception staff Faizaan was also always on hand and ready to help 24/7 and Muhammad room service was great too. Its a brand new hotel everything in great condition decor is beautiful and Ac was always on and as a backup they have solar power so lights and fans never go out and there is always hot water available. They also have a nice restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. And you can get tea and water and soft drinks anytime. There is also parking availability and great location as its in the middle of twin cities Islamabad/Rawalpindi and 5 minutes from Giga mall. Its also just off the main GT Road so very easy to find.

The location is perfect.1 minute walk from Food st in saddar. It was very clean had room for 3 people and the shower had hot running water with a uk commode style loo. It cost me approx £6 a night which was brilliant for me 2400 pak rupees. Loads to eat and do within walking distance. Highly recommended. Also the staff were really very nice and helpful. I have uploaded 2 photos of them really nice guys and ever so helpful. If u are the owner 0f this hotel please give them a pay rise as they deserve it
