Hire a car with a driver from a reliable company and explore this fascinating city. The city government and the law enforcement agencies should consider strictly implementing safety and security measures so that tourists feel safe in all areas of interest. DON'T VISIT!! Very, very little postives or tourist attractions. CONS: VERY NOISY. > Drivers BEEP thier HORNS a lot!!! >This makes a terribly noisy, stressful and negative atmosphere!!! Walking outside is a very, very bad experience. There is no continuous foot-path, so you are often on the street with cars, Stressful!! Unsafe. Unpleasant!!! --- People just STARE at you!! I came all the way from Azad Kashmir with a confirmed booking, but when I reached here, they told me we didn't have a room. I was with my family, and we did not sleep last night. We needed to catch a flight to London the next day. The weather was very hot, and we were stuck. Then we booked a new hotel, which was expensive the fourth time. Rooms are reasonably clean and staff is helpful. Breakfast/Sehri and Aftar provided by hotel also plenty of restaurants in nearby Badar commercial area and driving distance to Dolmen mall. Most important thing I felt secure in property no theft or bad incidents with security guard on the door 24x7.
