Stayed at Metropole Hotel for a weekend and really enjoyed it. The staff was polite and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. The location is super central, so it was easy to explore the city. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. Everything felt well-managed and smooth. I’d definitely stay here again.

Over all experience is exceptional. Location and facilities are not less than any international standards. Staff are very helpful, Arsalan the Manager was exceptional specially with his food recommendations. Mona made the checkin very simple. Kudos to all the staff. Very much recommended if you want to escape the heavy traffic jams of Murree.

I stayed for one night and it was an exceptional experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all facilities working perfectly — including warm water at all times. Everything was well managed, and the behaviour of Javed Sahab was truly outstanding — very cooperative and respectful. I’m highly satisfied with my stay and will surely visit again.
