    Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening. Clean tidy lacking poor pillows Not necessary for two quilts Good value for money Poor breakfast choice No bar

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

    Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

    The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

    The amenities are excellent.

    The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

    Easy walk from the airport (10 mins max). Plenty of parking outside if required. Warm welcome from the staff. Quick check in. Hotel rooms are spotlessly clean. Iron and safe present in rooms. Kettle, Tea and coffee all available as well as complimentary water in the fridge. Very comfy bed and large TV in the room. Great choice for breakfast from cereal, breads, continental, hot breakfast to fruits.

    This is the cleanest airport hotel I’ve ever stayed in. So much better than ones that are twice the price in the UK. The room was lovely with a big clean comfortable bed a lovely little balcony, great air conditioning and a spotlessly clean bathroom.

    Great, very nice hotel very close to the Krakow Airport. You can walk there in 10 minutes. Personal was very welcoming, and kind, the room is super nice and comfy. They also have very early breakfast, as I had to leave at around 4 am.

    Great location if going to or from the airport. Staff are really friendly and the pick up / drop off for the airport is really helpful. Hotel overall is what you expect from an airport hotel.
