Loving the super fast wifi in the room which was really useful for calls. The spacious and spotless bathroom was amazing. The sheer size of the room was astonishing as well, really a great place to be after a red-eye flight. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Apartment was tidy and clean. The host was quick to reply to queries and was very kind to make available biscuits, fruit and coffee. The apartment is 5-7 mins by taxi from the airport and it is also located near a bus stop (3-4 mins on foot). Easy access out of hours.

We were travelling as a family. The hotel is very cozy and very close to Krakow Old City. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful, they even left a champagne in the room for New Year's Eve. The room was clean and warm. We had breakfast at the hotel only once, but it was very nice.

The whole feel of the hotel is super nice and a bit surreal - a pretty brutal looking soviet building outside, a modern hotel inside makes a cool contrast. The fact it's literally in the middle of a forest (the trees were just a few meters from our balcony) makes it feel really secluded and cozy. There's also a really pretty castle right next to it and lots of trails for hiking plus rental bikes, which we didn't get to using this time. The room was awesome - small but very cozy and well planned, a small balcony and a really cute desk-corner. There were written instructions and the menu to the restaurant in the room and everything was thought of

The reception was so welcoming and friendly. I am travelling with 73 year old my mom and 2 children and the room we booked with a sofabed fitted so well and they had it fixed up when we came in. We arrived at midnight so believe me, it was so helpful as we were tired after travelling more than 24 hours from Malaysia to London and then Krakow. THANK YOU HILTON Garden Inn! 😊

    Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening.     We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

    Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

    The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

    The amenities are excellent.

    The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

    This hotel is made for stays near the airport. A Krakow shuttle train is nearby as well as a walkway to and from hotel and train/airport. Big lobby with plenty of space for meeting, meals and work while waiting. Nice gym with quality equipment that works. Very good breakfast.

    when we landed in Krakow- Balice airport I phoned them to let them know that we were ready to be picked up and they picked us up from the airport 7 minutes later. it was very quick. no question asked.
