This hotel is really luxury hotel. I was staying in a room with hot tub. The tub is exactly in the middle of the room. Also there is shower cabin and toilet. The room is 100% equipped with automatical lights, curtains are also automatical. This is not a room for family. I would say this is the room for single people or couples. If you are travelling with boyfriend or husband - u will enjoy. If u are coming to stay alone - u will enjoy Jakuzzi. Don’t look that it is 2 kms from city centre. Actually, it is in city centre. 1 minute from a bridge. It is super close to the city centre. The bath tub is perfect! I enjoyed it. Breakfasts are not like in most hotels. Expect something like you come to the cafe, they provide menu, and you choose a dish from a menu which you want. But for me this option was very convenient. They have yoghurts and eggs and croissants. It is a decent breakfast. Just it is not like a table where u take whatever u want. It is from the menu. There will be no iron and iron board. But due to design of the room, there is no place to put it even. Anyways, I was coming to rest. Was not planning to iron anything. It was amazing stay. Believe me u will enjoy this hotel if u take a room with hot tub. Wish all of you a great time here. Huge thanks to all the stuff who were assisting me. Guys, you all are incredibly polite and friendly. Thank you for this ♥️

Close to the center. Walk for 15 mins or take a tram (60m away) and take 2 stops to reach center in 5 mins. The sleep was so peaceful. There was no sound and it was very quiet. There were 4 people in the room. 2 slept upstairs on the loft. Both the bed and loft were comfortable. A small backyard with seating space to relax or dine is you wish. Can parking is available for 40ZL per night. For car park, go straight from signal and turn right immediately after bus stop. Someone from reception will come to open the gate to car park each time. Bonus: reception had very nice coffee candies. They were a delight each time we passed by it.

Our train got in Krakow earlier than expected so I booked the hotel two times. In the first time it was a room in the first floor, and I already loved it, the bed was very comfortable and the room per se beautiful and cozy. The next day we moved to an Attic apartment and I also loved it, the room was big, it could even accommodate one more person if needed. Bed comfortable, everything amazing honestly. The staff was also soo understanding and helpful with all the mess we’d done with the 2 bookings and after that my bf also tried changing rooms because of an injury in his knee, but anyway the staff treated us very kindly and with much patience, I really appreciate it!

Krakow is beautiful, very cheap to eat out and get around.

Krakow is beautiful, very cheap to eat out and get around. A very good tram system, great taxi company called bolt, and to learn the history, well worth the golf buggy excursions. Book everything with get your guide app, cheaper than just walking in anywhere and they do tour guides on virtually everything. If you love Indian food, gate of India in old town is a must, excellent food , very friendly staff and reasonably priced. We visited austwich and salt mines, castle, Jewish quarter, old town, ghetto and still loads more to see and do. We will go back and do more.

We loved our stay in Krakow!

We loved our stay in Krakow! So much intriguing and thought-provoking history among the three areas, beautiful and fun restaurants, cafes and bars, wonderful walking city. The 3-area golf-cart experience to introduce us to the city was an intimate and exceptional experience and worth every Zloty! Devote plenty of time to wandering the old streets and alleyways of Kazimierz, visit the old temples, see the interior of St. Mary's Basilica as well as views from the tower. See the unusual horses drawing carts in the Rynek Glowny Central Square. We can't recommend Krakow enough!

Kraków, with its Vistula River charm, historic architecture, museums, and kind people, is truly a beautiful and dynamic city! I visited the impressive Wawel Royal Castle, Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory and the surprisingly beautiful Czartoryski Museum, and even experienced a bit of local life in a hospital. I also explored some wonderful places to eat—from cosy local restaurants like Starka | Restaurant & Vodkas to casual food stands such as Farsytat Dumplings (the potato-and-bacon filling was delicious!) and Zapiekanki Królewskie. In the evenings, taking a slow walk along the riverside was absolutely relaxing. And I made friends there - so lucky :)

    A wonderful cosmopolitan city.

A wonderful cosmopolitan city. Reasonably priced, with lots of bars and restaurants, museums and churches with an excellent transport system. Most people spoke or understood English, and overall it was a great place to go. Of course, trips to Auschwitz and the salt mine are part of the 'attraction' of Krakow, but it is simply a lovely place, particularly the main square. Tip; beware of the Cloth Hall where there are lots of stalls with beautiful amber jewelry and just looking round can be hard on your credit card! By the way cash is king in some of the smaller restaurants who give you a free drink if you pay in readies rather than with plastic!

I travel to Krakow on the regular basis and I have stayed in a number of hotels, but this hotel is one of my favourite. Great location - right next to the shopping centre, train station, coach station and old town is 5 mins walk away. Rooms are very nice and clean. Large bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Really nice restaurant on the ground floor. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. I loved my stays here and I will definitely be back.

Hotel is lovely, very clean and great location. Was quiet at night. If you turn right out of hotel you will find old town and a large shopping centre which is open until 10pm. Room is small but has everything you need. Plenty on offer for breakfast which is available until 10.30 each morning. Turn left and you will walk to Jewish quarter in 15/20 mins. Would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow.

The location was nice near the beautiful river. However, have to walk 10-15 minutes to the bus stop. Surprisingly time from the hotel to the main square (city centre) by walk or by bus was comparable. So the location is not too bad. The room was well cleaned. Breakfast is good for the price. Could be better if given more options/items in breakfast. Breakfast is enough though.

Very happy and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Krakow city centre.
