Best known restaurants can book up early, get a reservation days ahead - although not to worry, there are tons of good alternatives. Poles tend to eat early. You can walk in for dinner at 4 to restaurants that are fully booked from 5 on. The Black Duck was excellent. Try a cornetto (not thee) - not exactly Polish but wow good. The classical music concerts at Peter and Paul church are worth the price. Lots of fun mysic at night in the main square. Too many people - Like the ants in their nest. Dirty. No parking spots only on the sidewalks with no space to spit between the cars. And charges for it ????? You must be well prepared with your money. Even to go to Zabka to buy something to drink and snack --- you have to pay. So for a water worth 1.99 zl you end to pay 11 zl with the parking spot. The restaurants are sneaky and charging you some services fee...Man you are going there to buy...to pay them fro what you eat and drink . You are not allowed to go to their kitchen so they hired someone to throw you the plate on the table ...You are not a business co-owner and you have to pay theirs employee ? Never. They should be paid by their employer ...a guy who hired them. They are not my employees.
