    Quiet town with a lot of history.

    Quiet town with a lot of history. Good restaurants many round the main town square. Bus travel is a bit limited due to there schedule but taxis are plentiful and travel in them cheap compared to England. Inability to speak Polish not a hindrance as many people in the hospitality industry speak English and will advise on food and drink choices if asked. But if you want to explore the surrounding area a car is essential.

    Charming Leszno old town is a hidden treasure, worth taking time to explore on foot nearby basilica, palace, parks, "starowka", tree lined alleys, and taste delicious pierogi best in town at "pierogalnia", warming spicy tea at "lu lu cafe".

    Leszno is a pleasant town with a striking main square.

    Leszno is a pleasant town with a striking main square. Cafes are in short supply (the main chains haven't reached here and independents only partially fill the gap. The Leszno walk (from the Tourist Office) was fine. I had a return trip by rail to Glogow and walked to Swieciechova and back, but even so 3 nights was probably one too many.

    Everything was pretty much great.

    Everything was pretty much great. It was a smallish room but for the great price and nice location it was good enough to make me happy. I did not get to see much of the town as my back was hurting so I just stayed in my room except to go to the LIDL store which was about 2 minutes away. They also had the Ibuprophen I needed and it was up near the checkout stand.

    For its size, Leszno has quite a sizable offer of Summer...

    For its size, Leszno has quite a sizable offer of Summer festivals. It's green enough and laid back. Good number of attractions for children (mini zoo, WMB, new playgrounds, etc.) It's city center has quite the offer of restaurants with a couple of hip places. It's easy to get around town either by bike or car.

    I did not expect so much from the hotel at first booking, however I was very very surprised with appearance of hotel, room and restaurant. The food was delicious, I could say the same about the breakfast. I will definitely stay there again, soon...

    It’s nice and modern apartment in the perfect location in Leszno , very close to the main square/ town centre and 5 minute walk from the railway station ( there is a nice short cut leading from the station to the apartment). All facilities are there including lift , air-con and free parking. The apartment is well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space including mini walk in wardrobe. I loved the blackout blinds - excellent for good night sleep.

    Tasty abundant breakfast, was able to order hot omelette, sausages, selections of coffees or pot of tea, local produce incl cheeses and local honey were a nice touch, all included in price of hotel room. Very friendly and helpful staff in reception, made my stay for a week very enjoyable. Lobby upstairs was nice to relax with friends over a drink and cup of tea, lovely.

    Great apartment with everything we could've needed! Comfortable bed, clean soft sheets, kitchen with all sorts of appliances (dishwasher, oven), clean bathroom, spacious shower. The location was great, next to a picturesque little spot with a very old oak tree. The AC really saved us during the heatwave. Great place to stay in Leszno!
