I was not let in the premises I paid for up front.
I was not let in the premises I paid for up front. None of my many emails to the hotel sent prior to my arrival informing staff about late arrival due tomplane being late WAS NOT ANSWERED. None of many phone calls was answered. Nobody was at the premises when we arrived at 2:15 to let us in. We paid for a sleep and was forced to seek other accommodation !
