The room was fresh and spotless - expected from a new hotel, but still a nice surprise. The hotel interior design - very elegant. The à la carte breakfast was delicious (especially the freshly baked bread every morning) The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

Upon arrival, we've got an upgrade to our rooms and early check-in. Also, we've got a late check-out. This is something you can't count on in the western EU countries. The staff was great, the rooms comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was exceptional. Once more time has proven that the hospitality of Slavic countries is beyond extraordinary. I will recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Warsaw.

My stay at Hotel Sante in Warsaw was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help – I truly felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the city. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the spa center – hands down the best sauna experience I've ever had! Everything was top-notch: the atmosphere, cleanliness, facilities, and overall relaxation. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and treat yourself, this is it. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic location. walking distance to Dworzec and Zlote Tarasy, as well as super close to company I have visited. It has great bar with super modern view on the city skyscrapers. There is restaurant in the building as well (great food) and all you need super near (grocery shop etc).

I highly recommend this place! I wish I stayed longer. The room was very clean and spacious enough. The staff were friendly and nice. The best thing was the breakfast. There were a plenty of choices for breads, vegetables, sausages and yogurt. I don't often eat yogurt for buffet, but this time, I chose to eat two types of yogurt including matcha yogurt, which I have never seen before and was very good! I think the breakfast here was one of the best ones I have ever had in other hotels. The location was also very good. It only took about 8 minutes by walk to Warsaw Rising Museum.

Stayed in January for a couple days business trip and really enjoyed the stay! The check-in and check-out were really quick and hassle-free. The room was perfectly clean and nice, good climate control and beautiful windows. I also appreciated overlapping curtain rails, makes it possible to fully block the light in the morning. The breakfast is also quite good, nothing special but of a good quality and enough variety.

Always on the Move

A city on the move, Warsaw is constantly changing in an effort to rebuild what was lost during World War Two. There’s no better example of this than the stunning Old Town Square, where pastel facades sit alongside dome-topped spires.

Starting here is the Royal Route which passes several historic buildings on its way out to Wilanów, where an ornate Royal Palace is set in a huge park that was the retreat of kings since the 17th century. Just as grandiose is the Palace of Culture and Science, Stalin’s gift to Warsaw that still manages to evoke feelings of hatred and love in equal measure. Go up to the terrace for panoramic city views.

Other cultural offerings are the Warsaw Uprising Museum, considered the best museum in Poland, and traditional bars that still serve down-to-earth food washed down with a shot of vodka - a throwback to the Communist era. Don’t expect to find a seat though – there aren’t any.

Warsaw also has a thriving club scene and more shopping centres than you could throw a stick at. Not that you’d want to, as you’ll be too busy picking up the bargains.

Just outside the city is Warsaw Airport, efficiently linked by public transport to the city’s hotels, guest houses and hostels, available on Booking.com.

    Warsaw has really come of age.

    Warsaw has really come of age. It is almost unrecognizable from the Warsaw I first encountered in 1991 when it had been free of the Communists for only 3 years. Today it is a bustling exciting and safe city for families and anyone, with a vibrant nightlife and street café culture. The dining experience has especially improved to where now I would say it one of the best cities to eat out in the world. Polish food is very high quality for taste and health. Public transport is very good quality and ridiculously cheap and easy to use, and unlike London, women are given high status and seating privileges that used to be common in England decades ago. Anyone not used to such chivalry beware as you will be dealt with harshly by the locals if do not offer to give your seat up for a lady or elderly person.

    Really like it there.

    Really like it there. A lot of classical and modern architecture, which are not rival each other, but complement. Great parks where you can spend an entire day. Old town is worth visiting by its own. Pretty developed cycling infrastructure: not only bicycle lanes, but everything related. Really makes me think about moving. Good public transportation system, even though 'tradition' of having same name with numbers for close stops looks awkward. Aside from simply roaming the city, it is worth to visit Wilanow, and Warsaw University Library - both the the views, and the atmospere.

    Great place full of history which in a fascinating way combines the old and new. Stunning architecture and design, delicious cuisine, excellent galleries and museums, great city transportation services, tourist friendly locations. Maybe not as beautiful on the first sight as Krakow, Wroclaw or Prague, but nice and interesting in a different way. Best place to go if you dont want just superficial tourist attractions but seek for something deeper - sad history of the city residents but also commitment to overcome it.

    It's a bit strange that with Poland in EU, NATO and so on not many people speak a second language. So it felt really good to hear staff speak good English. The room was bigger than expected, of a good standard, with nice beds, and good pillows. The cleaning was superb, I do not think I have been to a hotel where they have not missed something so a big thanks to everyone working with cleaning. It's a 15 min walk to the airport but they offer a free transfer, so that is also good.
