The place was amazing. Khader and his family were the best hosts you can ask for. The room was charming, just in the heart of the city. Bethlehem has been our highlight so far, and Dar Jacaman was an important part of it. Khder recommended us great places to eat, drink and watch the World Cup. It is the perfect place for exploring Bethlehem! The guesthouse is a small oasis in the centre of the city, just around the corner of the Nativity Church! The accommodation is in an old house fully renovated, so you have the character of the old stone as well as the services of a modern house. Rooms are spacious and beds are very cosy. The location is perfect for visiting the old centre of Bethlehem yet it is silent at night. The host is very welcoming and happy to help as well as giving suggestions. It was an incredible experience staying at this hotel. The rooms, in addition to being thought-provoking, are luxurious and beautiful. Recently refurbished property. the facilities are new and very clean. great location if you have a car, you can park the car just in front of the hotel. It’s only just a few minutes drive from Betlehem basilica. The staff very attentive and ready to help us with anything we needed. They allowed us to use the mini kitchen for a quick dinner. Bottled waters provided all the time at request. Overall really great stay in Betlehem/Jerusalem.
