Lovely new hotel in an old flour mill, lots of attention to detail and keeping the fabric and workings intact and on show mixed with vintage and stylish modern items and furniture . There’s a restaurant and counters round the kitchen where you can interact with the chefs who mainly cook with wood fire . Also a pool and a sauna and nice sunbathing area . We were the first guests and the lovely staff were eager to make sure we had a lovely time . The hotel is situated on the edge of a sleepy old school Portuguese town so entering feels like stepping into another world

The accommodation is very cozy. Beautiful situated in Torrao, definitely a recommendation when passing by. Susy and Jorge are very welcoming, lovely people and make you feel immediately at home. The room was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and displays the owner's attentiveness to details. The patio is lovely. Manuel was extremely welcoming and communication was quick and easy.
