    It was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Very beautiful hotel, an incredibly beautiful interior and the view from the window, a very comfortable bed, and everything are super clean. Special thanks to the hostess of the hotel, Joanie, for her support, hospitality and delicious breakfasts. This area is not suitable for those looking for entertainment or loud parties. It is a quiet place with a picturesque view for a quiet vacation.

    Beautiful modern design with a spectacular view across the valley from a floor to ceiling glass wall Design included many well executed construction details. Great tapas for supper and excellent breakfast in the cozy restaurant upstairs. Nice wood pellet stove to take the chill of in the restaurant. Very hospitable owner/ staff. Aldeia das Dez is a very scenic stone mountain village .

    Well situated, well built and well managed we loved this hotel for our getaway after a busy period. Two Dutch friends built this place from a ruine in a paradise. Great room, great views, great food, a lovely interior and wonderful staff made it all work.
