Thank you for a wonderful stay! We LOVE this house-apartment concept, we really felt like at home +we met interesting people while had a breakfast. There is as small waterfall nearby the house, so sleeping with it's quiet sound was like a lullaby. After breakfast we went to the "Arouca Bridge 516" and also did the Paiva walkway. The owner Isabel was very kind by letting us to leave our car in house parking (we didn't stay second night) so we could walk like from our own house to the Bridge and Paiva Walkway. Definitely love this place!

The property is located right in the heart of Alvarenga which is so beautiful. Ceda (hope this spelt correctly) was so attentive and helpful. Although we didn’t speak each other’s language, google translate was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her .

Syntony Hotels - Paradinha Village is situated in a serene rural part of Portugal near Arouca, offering a wonderfully tranquil and calm atmosphere. The views from the hotel rooms are absolutely breathtaking, nestled in a valley between two hillsides. The lush vegetation and the soothing sound of the nearby river create a wonderfully relaxing ambiance, perfect for rejuvenating your energy. On hot summer days, the hotel provides a refreshing saltwater pool for guests to cool off. For those seeking a more "natural" experience, the nearby Paiva river is just a short five-minute walk away and offers an excellent spot for a swim. While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, they do offer a convenient "home delivery" service, allowing guests to order typical Portuguese cuisine dishes from a nearby restaurant and have them delivered right to their doorsteps. The breakfast served at the hotel is a delightful representation of Portuguese cuisine, featuring sweet pastries, yogurt, cheese & ham, as well as bread, coffee, and tea. Personally, I found it to be tasty and delicious.

The property must be one of the cleanest I've ever seen, every corner is immaculate. The serenity of the location makes it very peaceful. Nice to have access to a kettle, fridge, etc. Lots of seating and recliners provided outside so you can take in the view. They even have an electric vehicle charging point.

    Beautiful area with plenty of routes for walkers.

    Beautiful area with plenty of routes for walkers. Great for outdoors and nature lovers. Very interesting geology and cultural visits options. Restaurants offer top quality local meat, but that's very much it. Plan for your own cooking if you are hoping for some variety in your diet while in the area.
