    A peaceful town with a relaxed atmosphere, yet still lively with shops and a beautiful coastline. There are plenty of nice restaurants and opportunities to enjoy nature. We also went on a wonderful boat trip directly from the beach, along the coast, where we saw impressive caves and rock formations.

    Busy and touristic village, but still charming. I guess this place was a paradise approx. 40 years ago! The beach is beautiful and all local people are very kind and helpful. Parking your car is the greatest challenge..

    Armaçao is a lovely town along the Algarve coast.

    Armaçao is a lovely town along the Algarve coast. It is family friendly with lots of restaurants and shops along the promenade. It was quiet in the evening. It is most likely not the most stunning beach in the Algarve but it is very pleasant. The tide comes in every day mid-afternoon thus making the beach smaller so watch out!

    Good long promenade near to many restaurants ..cafes and small shops. Fisherman’s beach at the end nice to watch the catch come in. Near to N125 so easy to get to other places..resorts for shopping and entertainment.

    We were lucky to have visited out of season. The town is decent & there are useful amenities there; grocry stores, restaurants etc...There are also some great coastal walks & numerous sites nearby: Olhao, Lagos, Olhos de Agua, Porches etc...

    Lovely waterfront promenade with shops and restaurants, as well as a natural wetlands, dunes and beach area to the east with an extensive boardwalk system. Only a short drive to other communities and resort areas such as Albufeira and Portimao with numerous other restaurants, shops, attractions and points of interest.

    Location was fabulous right near the beachfront with sea vies from the balcony. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets within easy walk .Apartment very spacious and nicely decorated with all amenities supplied that you could think of. Susana and Felipe very responsive to extra requests with this last minute booking! Will book again next time we visit the Algarve if available! Thank for a great stay!

    The apartment was very clean, well equipped, very modern, cool in the hot weather (air con was available but hardly used). The location was brilliant, just 5 mins walk from Armacao de Pera and 2 mins from the Continente Supermarket. There is a really nice Portuguese Cafe (Toscana) 1 min away that serves very good food!

    We have visited Armação de Pêra in the past so knew what to expect. It is a lovely area, quiet, the pool is a fantastic size, pool bar has a variety of food & drinks & staff are lovely plus the views are amazing!
