One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Gorgeous setting, fantastic facilities (especially the spa and pool). The restaurant does excellent food and the bar is great. The staff were all amazing, and the service provided was faultless.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare (considering the money). From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of unparalleled comfort and warmth. The staff at your hotel are truly the heart and soul of the establishment. Their commitment to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile, they made me feel like a VIP from check-in to check-out. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality! The rooms were nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with every conceivable amenity, they redefine the meaning of comfort. About the breakfast – a delight that set the tone for each day of my stay. It was very efficient breakfast full of fresh Island products. The bathrooms were a marvel in themselves. In conclusion, this hotel has undoubtedly set a new standard for excellence in comfort and hospitality. I cannot recommend it highly enough to fellow travelers seeking an exceptional experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will undoubtedly be sharing my positive experience with friends, family, and fellow travelers alike. Great place with a great host. Ideal for families. There is even a playground with swings for small kids (not visible in pictures during booking). Very good value for the money. The host was very helpful and we felt very welcome. We stayed for 7 nights.

The place is in an amazing location with a stunning view. Modern and very well kept. Nice surrounding. Hiking down to the village and beach gives a striking view. The natural pools at the coast are worth the visit. As the kitchen was being remodeled, we got excellent breakfast served in the room every morning, which we anyway would have preferred.

If you're looking for somewhere quiet, then Várzea is the place for you! It was so peaceful. I stayed in the garden suite which was so luxurious and comfortable - I really loved it. I wish I had booked more than 1 night.

We had the best stay at villa Anna Splendid. It exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Alexey and Anna made us feel completely at home. They were warm, friendly, and always available if we needed anything — thanks to them, we never went without a single thing. The villa is gorgeous inside and out. We saw the best sunsets of our lives from there. The facilities were great: the infinity pool was lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and the private sauna was such a treat. It was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Perfect place to unwind.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the attention to detail in every corner is evident. The hot tub is a great way to unwind the day, breakfast was delicious. Would love to return one day, highly recommend.

    There wasn’t anything close to us, we shopped in Ponta Delgada for groceries. The street parking is a bit challenging because the roads are steep and narrow. It is not easy to get around most places on the island.
