This is a very rural location offering a great driving...
This is a very rural location offering a great driving experience across the area. Be prepared for hairpin bends and narrow roads. We were passing through Cabril for one night only so shopped in the local village supermarket at Mosteiro de Cabril for our evening meal provisions. We did not seek out places to eat but noticed a cafe/bar next to the supermarket plus one other as we entered this small village. Just 30 minutes drive away...don't miss a walk along the Arouca Suspension Bridge plus the 8km walk along a walkway which hugs the Paiva River. You must book in advance.
