This is the perfect bed and breakfast. The host, D. Natércia, offers a genuine, warm welcome, ensuring guests are comfortable, without intrusion. The place is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well arranged. Good bathrooms/showers, an excellent breakfast, easy parking and a great pool. A short walk into the village, for all basic services. Would that there were more places like this!

what a location for a stay for one night ! everything brandnew renovated, superclean and modern, parking in front of the house, spacious room and a breakfast buffet to dream of ! All this together for just 35€, unbelievable. Best accomodation during my 42 day‘s roadtrip

The hotel is situated in an old grand home and certainly a very comfortable and historic place to stay. Our room had a balcony which enabled the extension of our room. Our host Richard was very helpful with tourist plans and all staff friendly and really keen to assist our stay. Great breakfasts and a wonderful garden with a well kept pool which was available for us to use. The location was great being inside the castle walls. Would recommend to others. The lift was a great addition for a hotel this size!!

The house was excellent. Very clean, very confortable. The rooms and toilets are excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The dining and living room is really nice and with an amazing view. It is very close to Trancoso (which we liked) and also close (by car) to a lot of very cute villages. The host was always very helpful.

We only spent one night in the cabin and definitely will be back. The place is a real remote escape. The sound of the river, next to it. Just a perfect place to relax. Don't forget to bring yoga mattresses to enjoy the view while practicing yoga. The breakfast is a very nice bonus. We had everything we needed. Thank you, exceptional hospitality.

Despite we were there only for a night and had to go early at the morning, we had quite a good stay. We had everything we needed there, it was all super comfortable and the price was really competitive.

The grounds are very pleasant and well tended. The welcome was very good despite the fact we arrived just before 11pm. The boss and the staff were very friendly and always very helpful in everything. We had not chosen to include breakfast since our accomodation included a kitchenette, however it was generously offered to us for the length of our 10 days stay and well appreciated. We enjoyed the table-tennis and the billiard very much. The place feels safe and each accomodation also has its own private parking space. Thank you Shr Joaquim and Shra Clara.
