Our room was warm and comfortable (we were there in March). We had a triple room and all the beds were comfortable. The wifi signal was strong. The hotel had lots of amenities - indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath and fitness facility. The breakfast was extensive - they even had scrambled eggs! The only downside for us was the location of the hotel. We are walking the Caminho Português and the only restaurant within 1km is a high end and expensive. Having said that, the hotel is right on the Caminho route.

the lady was so helpful went beyond expectations gave us a better room and even went to shop to buy candles and even went home as she had gas and cooked us a meal as there was a power outage all over portugal

Very nice young girl - Rita, who satisfied everyone with her competence. Very cooperative and understanding of the needs of customers. e.g. additional free washing or drying of clothes was no problem. I recommend this place!
