We were three people staying in a triple room. It was clean and spacious with a bottle of water for each person. No coffee facilities in the room. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was as described on the amenities list. We drove by car and parking space was available infront of the hotel. We went for a walk along the river and was amazed by the amount of fish, birds and fruit trees that we saw along the river. There is a wonderful restaurant just next door. A very nice breakfast was included in the price.

The wine tasting, the picnic near the river, the walk in the vineyards were awesome. The service in general was fantastic. Carlos told us so much valuable information about wines that was so interesting. The views were unbelievable. I liked also our room, its style, view, size, comfort, temperature - everything.

Fantastic location, hosts, breakfast. Very comfortable beds and large spacious room. Had a heat pump and very warm with great views. Parking easy outside the guest house. Great with a baby from high chair, toys, considered at meals (baby friendly options), and great cot with linen. Highly recommend adding on the dinner, was exceptional. Hosts are fantastic with lots of recommendations and very friendly. Our baby loved playing at the guest house with them. Perfect stay and can’t recommend enough.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are ultra modern and clean. We had the 3 course meal - absolutely amazing and such good value for money with the wine pairing too. The welcome drink was a lovely touch. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough for a chill out break with fabulous food at a great price!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Our room was lovely, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted us with booking wine tours and even helped resolve an issue with our rental car since we don't speak Portuguese. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. While the location is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of city nightlife, it's the perfect place to relax by the pool, enjoy a drink, and soak up the sun.

    A charming tiny hamlet with three good restaurants and a winery. Two lovely small museums on the railway and surrounding area with some pleasant gentle walks. Even the station has a small museum of its own! Take the train to the end of the line as this is the most scenic section.

    There is absolutely nothing going on here, except when the train rolls in and brings some tourists. The town is very quiet and that’s spot on the best thing. There were a few restaurant options during the evening and most places offered a ton of food for a very low price.

    If you like a quiet, laid back, serene environment, then Tua is a good place to visit. There are a few places to see that you can walk to, and the local restaurants offer good food and drink at good prices
