Catarina is a lovely host, really sweet and warm-hearted. The cottage where we stayed was cute and cozy. We had everything we needed and the stay overall was amazing. We wish we had stayed there longer. Also, the location is really good and it’s right by a super good restaurant that we also highly recommend. We were super happy to have found such an incredible accommodation!

The house was very clean when we arrived and plenty of equipment (towel, dishes, soap, ...) was provided. The landscape around the house is simply beautiful. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating.

Modern amenities Very big apartment, with big bedroom and with kitchen well equipped. Having a washing machine was very helpful. Very friendly owner, he offered us some vouchers with discounts to different activities on the island - we did the trip to Corvo, highlight of our stay. Free parking was also useful We definitely recommend this place.

    The village is small and on Sundays there’s only two...

    The village is small and on Sundays there’s only two restaurants open (low season). Weather is unpredictable and not so warm (18°C). Our host Ricardo recommends coming here in September when it’s still warm and the sea is about 25°C. We saw a lot of trekkers everywhere. On Flores you definitely would need a car. Close to the village iate a couple of stunning waterfalls.

    Island is just amazing, lots of scenic views and full of waterfalls. People in Flores are the kindest I've met in my travels and food's quality is what you would expect from a typical Portuguese village.
