    Convenient location for Lisbon, especially if travelling with a car. The en-suite bedroom had all the facilities and the property unusually provided a communal kitchen with an added washing machine. There was also good seating outside to enjoy informal dining or just relaxing. It is managed very well by Helen who is an excellent host and everything is spotless and working.

    Such a lovely city, easy to get around, Uber is cheap if there are more than one of you, metro easy and trams. Its not for anyone not particularly fit because it is very hilly but the Belim area is flat and has plenty to see. Eating out and drinks extremely reasonable for a city. Word of warning, lots of places shut on a Monday - we were not able to get into MACC and many restaurants also closed. Apart from that a great destination, we only had a day and half so will go back to see again.

    Very lively city, felt safe, lots of attractions to visit, beautiful weather. Very busy downtown area. Wear comfy walking shoes; the city is very hilly and the sidewalks are limestone tiles so the sidewalks can be a bit distorted and very slippery when wet. Did a half day Tuk Tuk tour of the city which was excellent. Lots of museums. Loved Figu’s Restaurant !

Great location in Belem, close to a lot of monuments and museums and 40 minutes by tram to centre of Lisbon. Overall a very relaxing stay and hotel highly recommended. A true 5 star experience.

    The hotel room was comfy and spacious. Had a balcony with furniture outside with the best view of the city. If you're looking for a place to stay away from crowded and noisy Lisbon, this is the place. Quite close to the airport and the city center. The room itself was really clean and they provided free bottled water to drink every day which is not the same in the other two hotels that I stayed in Portugal(Faro and Albufeira).

    Nice spacious rooms. Bit outside of the city centre, but with the metro very close this is a perfect location for a Lisbon city trip. Comfortable beds. No sound from outside. Which surprised me, as it's a busy street and aircraft fly really low over the hotel. Easy reachable from the airport. I used the metro, which in hindsight was not even the best solution. Metro takes about 40 minutes, where the bus would take only 15.

    Honestly this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Everything was brilliant. Location was amazing too, loved the avenue nearby and close to centre, metro, train station. The apartment had everything we could wish for, comfy beds and extremely quiet. If we ever visit Lisbon again we'll be staying here. Staff were extremely helpful. It's part of a 5 star hotel so the service was top level.
