The hotel was beautiful in a great location. The staff were wonderful! Carolina and Anna were so welcoming and helpful on arrival. We saw Carolina the most over our two night stay. She went above and beyond her duties. She is an exceptional member of the team and is a great asset to the company. They are lucky to have her. Carolina's warmth and enthusiasm shone throughout and nothing was too much trouble and we will always remember her. We would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel whilst visiting Sintra. Everything was a joy!

Such a wonderful little boutique hotel at a reasonable price! The two young ladies that manned the front desk were delightful & took great care in helping us get the most out of our short visit to Sintra. Comfortable bed, great shower & our room opened up onto a patio with with terrace below. 24 hour espresso machine, afternoon pastries & a nice breakfast buffet with good variety (from healthy cereal & (dairy & non-dairy) milk to pancakes & pastries). Very convenient to train station & just a pleasant, short & mostly flat walk into the historic center. We can't wait to return!

Colored lighting in master bedroom. TV Electric fireplace on wall in 2nd bedroom. Shower was all marble from head to toe. Great Dane was very friendly and sweet. Walk through park all the way to town....7 minutes. Palaces were incredibly beautiful and awesome.. Whole house was open to us.....pool table, dining, living room, sitting room with piano. Would definitely come back.
