The location was great as it was in the centre of Marialva so we could visit the village and castle in the morning. The house was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. Dona Guida and her family were very welcoming and prepared a wonderful breakfast in the morning with local and homemade products. The pool is really beautiful and I love the fact the swallows come every summer and skim the top of the water for a seconds as they fly over it. The space is really nice, breakfast is good and the hotel offers a lot of activities you can book up. The Wine tasting at Quinta do Ermervoira (spelling) and the boat trip are particularly good.
