Moledo is small but interesting place with good vibe.I did not expect much,but now I am sorry I couldn't stay longer. Albergue is situated in completely renovated old house on the main street,just a minute walk from train station.In the same street there are two markets and few restaurants and caffeterias..Beautiful beach is only minute walk from the property. Albergue is small and very clean.It has 4 comfort rooms and is very well equiped with all necessities peregrinos need.It offers free use od laundry machine which is excellent after a few days walking from Porto.There is small detail I appreciated a lot-farmacy box available,with everything you need after long walk.The kitchen is very well equiped. The owners are very kind and helpful people who try to make your stay pleasant. I recommend this property.

This is really such a wonderful place and perfect to relax, that i spontaneously decided to extend my stay even one more night. The private area with the garden and rooftop terrace is very special and it gives you the possibility to move around within your private area. I really enjoyed the open flair from the apartment and the view from the bed in the garden, giving me a feeling of actually living outside. The kitchen has everything. It’s all clean and there are also enough towels and everything provided. Very highly recommend and I will surely be back.

    Great beach but looks like it closes down after season, as there was virtually no one around in mid September. Some great restaurants in the area, but some were surprisingly expensive for a seaside village!

    Moledo is a lovely beach village where you can find...

    Moledo is a lovely beach village where you can find everything you need for a a holiday, very busy in the summer it’s still full of life out of season, there is a train station with several trains to Porto and Viana do Castelo, cafés, restaurants, shops open year round. It’s a dog friendly place with trails and a small forest to walk around. You can also find a cycle path connected to bigger towns.
