    The location is rural !! Beautiful and peaceful in the mountains with a forest and river view. The breakfast was not bad but could do with a few more options. The hotel was exceptionally clean the staff work very hard to ensure all areas are immaculate.

    It is very good located. We enjoyed the stay. They provided everything that we needed. Breakfast was nice. We also liked the restaurant inside the hotel. Some of others were closed in the town and we chose to eat in Hotel. We liked it overall.

    Beautiful setting, comfortable bed, excellent walk -in shower and fridge in room. Staff were very friendly. The hotel makes their own Douro, which was very good.
