The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is exceptionally clean. We had to adjust our booking at the last minute to include our daughter, and the hotel gladly accommodated our request. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

The staff was very friendly. The receptionists (Enzo and the others) were always very helpful. They upgraded our room to superior room, because there was availability and the room was magnificient. There was a bottle of champaigne, mini wine bottles and snacks and all the minibar was free for us. We couldnt believe it! The room was big, always clean.
