    The 'cove' / beach was very good.

    The 'cove' / beach was very good. The town itself is interesting though rather hilly. Of the many restaurants in Sao Martinho do Porto there were only 2 that properly catered for people with Celiac Disease the other restaurants didn't seem to a) Know what Celaic disease is and the problems it can cause someone who suffers from it or b) Didn't seem interested. I would NOT recommend Sao Martino do Porto to anyone who suffers from Celiac Disease or any other serious similar problem.

    In April it was warm, with some occasional rain but we were able to swim in the sea and potter around small shops and hD great food in the plentiful restaurants and cafes. We were very warmly welcomed.

    We took our granddaughters aged 6 and 10 there as we and they love it so much, beach is a 2 minute walk, and beautiful, the sand is wonderful and plenty of bars cafes and places to eat, easy to walk around,

    Good and beautiful place to spend summer holidays.

    Good and beautiful place to spend summer holidays. Very pleasant, relaxing and calm. Have a relaxing walk in the boardwalk until you get to the dune. Easy to get around the area in “hired app cars”. Good and affordable restaurants like Bohemia and New Royal Indian. Don’t miss Gelatomania, a great icecream parlor by the beach with lots of options.

    The apartment is positioned perfectly in the middle of a quaint town. The view was especially pleasant. The restaurants in the town were very good, with very good chefs. The view of the sea was great and the apartment was light and airy.

    A really lovely seaside town with some nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. You can walk up the mountain and get an incredible view of the whole bay! It’s not far to Obidos, and if you have a chance stop in Foz do Arelho, the most incredible beach and a really great boardwalk along the water!

    Our Host Teresa was amazing. She met us at the property and showed us around the whole apartment and the block. She was available by phone throughout the holiday for any issues. We were allowed to check in early due to no previous guests which was very useful and we were allowed to check out slightly late (would have been later had a late booking not come in). The apartment is lovely and spacious and clean. Perfect location with plenty of parking. Short walk to supermarket and the beach.

    Great set up with the tent that our kids loved. Five of us fit in comfortably, with plenty of space inside and a nice little area outside to eat. Pitch-wise our tent was at the very end of the row, right next to all the main facilities, which was perfect for us. Pool and slides were great. We got breakfast daily from the mini market and takeaways from the restaurant at night. Really easy for us to access everything on site. Fab stay!

    The space was beautiful! Nice terrace where you could sit overlooking the bay. Breakfast was great every morning. Joao and Marina were very friendly and attentive, the perfect hosts. The hotel sits just above the town and a short walk to the beach and the city.
