The room was clean. The reception was super friendly and helpful. And mostly and more important it was good location for first time traveller in Portugal, Torres Novas. There’s a restaurent on the main floor and many Terasses downstairs where you can eat or have a drinks ($). Plus the amazing view you have on the Castle! Wow

Remote and quite location with a beautiful view of the countryside. Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was just right with a nice view. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the noise of the city and enjoy the Portuguese countryside.

The hotel location was close to the center, the room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Air conditioning was functional and very helpful during the hot Portuguese summer. Personnel and hospitality as exceptional during my stay. Breakfast times and content was great. WiFi was high speed.

Everything about Galagana Charm House was perfect for our needs. We were greeted by Francisco who was friendly and helpful. Prior to, during and after our stay, he was willing to help us if required. The property was exceptionally presented and offered a 'Soft Kitchen' to prepare breakfast. We utilised the washer and dryer available, so useful when walking the Camino. The lounge area was stylish and offered snacks and drinks if required.

The owners are an absolutely wonderful couple. There was a bunt cake waiting for us on the dinner table. The villa is lovely. They were more than accommodating. The gentleman used his van to move all of our luggage to our new home. When they found out that we were not tourists, and that we were only staying there until our furniture was delivered to our new home, they invited us to visit them and practice Portuguese as we learn more.

    A nice small town with all the amenities one needs.

    A nice small town with all the amenities one needs. It has an old town area surrounding a castle. Inside the castle is mostly a park but the perimeter and walls surrounding it has a number of view points worth exploring. In front of it, there are a number of cafes and bars covered from the sun and a number of trees providing shade. There is an ATM in the square which is useful. Streets near the old town are narrow but full of quaint charming shops to pick up a souvenir or two.

    It’s a great town for a gateway with your couple, to relax or work in a calmly environment, surrounded by nature, weather is good, food is good and not too expensive but you should definitely have your own wheels because transportation is a little bit complicated in holidays

    Beautiful property at a great location in Torres Novas. The owner is a gentleman, was really kind and attentive. Breakfast is really good, they make an effort to have good quality products, local cheeses and fruit. Great coffee. The staff is all polite, and the hotel is very clean.

    An amazing oasis in Torres Novas. A beautiful building with history. As you enter the gate you are hit with a sense of calm. I loved it and would say if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, comfortable and peaceful sleep with hosts that are super amazing, than book now!

    The hotel is situated below the castle on the main square but on the opposite side of all the restaurants, pubs and cafes, therefore you do not hear any noise. Breakfast was very good and sufficient.
