The breakfast was very delicious , the lady in charge is very kind. The hotel is super close to all the main tourist places. What we liked the most is that everything was very clean and the decoration is pleasant. We will stay there again !

Great location only a couple of minutes from the train station, but there's also a bus stop next to the hotel so reaching the city center was very easy. Receptionist was extremely friendly and nice.

We had a phenomenal experience at Fontinha Hotel. We were greeted by friendly and professional staff (Joanna and Rebecca) and a glass of port! Joanna thoughtfully provided us with a list of local recommendations for where to eat, and we were very impressed by her suggestions. We had a 4 month old baby and they were very kind, welcoming, and helpful with getting us settled with him. The hotel was beautiful - room was stylish, high end finishings, very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying there again!

The hotel is modern, nice decoration, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and the location is good, because it's walking distance from many attractions and interesting areas to see, but far enough to make it easy to find parking. We managed to park in front of the hotel without struggle. But the best part was the staff, that on top of being friendly, noticed that I had done a double booking by mistake and went to the trouble of calling me to check and advised me on what to do not to lose that money. They could have just kept the booking and the money, but they went an extra mile. I'm grateful for your integrity and care. Thank you Bessa!
