We stayed at the resort to celebrate our daughter’s 1st birthday at their restaurant (Awtar Restaurant). Everything went well. We had a great time. Special thanks to the Restaurant Supervisor, Sir Aldin, who assisted us all throughout. He was very hands-on and made sure that everything was going well. Kudos also to the staff who are all very accommodating and made our party smooth while also taking care of our needs and requests. The food was also superb, thanks to Chef Reda. We really enjoyed it. Lastly, after the tiring party, we got to rest and sleep comfortably in our villa. It was so huge and worth it.

Ima small business owner and I know good customer service when I see one and them they were amazing smile on their faces at all time from door man Julia’s and other guy I forgot his name he is tall they super friendly and other staff the same I love them infact I miss them already it was like a home atmosphere.
