Azuga is a very quiet resort that is currently in a touristic restoration/rebirth period. At the moment Azuga is not that known and it a lot less busy than Busteni/Predeal/Sinaia. But this tourist city offers a lot of sports-related attractions, cycling (both XC and downhill), hiking, walking outside, ATVs, Motorcycles, skiing in the winter, and others. It looked like an abandoned city, unfortunately. You can go to Sorica and take the Gondola that takes you to the mountain plateau. If you like the place for yourselves, than Azuga is the place to be. It was almost nobody on the streets and the place looked deserted. I could find parking spaces wherever I wanted.
