The staff were fantastic. We were looked after by Ellie first who was kind and very helpful then by Cristiana (aka Rainbow) who was great company and very helpful. All the staff were just great. The hotel of ice is beautiful and very special. Rooms were well designed, well made and totally iconic. We were able to choose which room was best and had the facilities of the nearby chalet as needed. The food in the evening at the ice hotel was wonderful (really really delicious and well priced). The novelty of this hotel is wonderful. It was romantic, fun and just beautiful. We will absolutely visit again. The meal was the best value for the quality given. The service was excellent by all standards.

Very pleasent host. Room was clean and nice. In the ground floor is big kitchen with all cooking utensils, great espressom machine etc. they have huge living room with fireplace and a lot place for dining. Backyard is story for himself. Tramboline and other stuff for children and nice place to make bbq. Through rhe yard is small river.

    What a magical place to stay!! Mario was the perfect host for this once in a lifetime experience. We loved our stay and as long as you follow Mario’s advice on bedding then you’ll be as warm as toast! Remember that you have priority on the cable car if you make a booking at the hotel.
