We loved everything in this place. The hotel is above 3 stars level, actually it's 4 stars level! The rooms were new or renovated, very nice! The breakfast was very good and rich, the spa center of the hotel was superb but you could use also the spa center of Ensana (former Danubius) Hotel if you used the underground tunnel. All in all it was a perfect stay in a perfect location, for sure we will come again.

Everything is gorgeous and was above our expectations!!! Great convenient location, yet quiet on the heights. Lake Ursu and the gorgeous huge park 1 minute walk, Restaurants 2 minutes walk, Lots of attractions and places to go and easy access! Great steam room and pool, game room, great rooms and breakfast! And the staff is lovely!!!) We are very happy! We recommend it unequivocally!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed from the first moment at the reception with a warm heart and we got all the information we needed. Given the fact that my mother (88 y.o.) had birthday, we got as a gift one day free access at the Spa centre. We opted for demi-pension (breakfast and dinner included) and we were amazed by the diversity of the offer for both meals. The room (family room) was modern and spacious and we had a large balcony facing the little spa town. For us it was a memorable stay and most of all we were impressed by the warm-hearted and professional approach of all the staff at the hotel: reception, restaurants, spa centre. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!
