The dynamic young owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable; her warm hospitality and genuine enthusiasm sets this pension apart from other establishments. We had a great stay at this cabin. The area is peaceful, and the place offers everything you need for a relaxing time with friends. Each room has its own private bathroom, plus there's one extra bathroom and two additional toilets on the ground floor – a big plus when you're in a group, as there's no fighting over bathrooms. The rooms have TVs, and there's a large TV in the living room, perfect for spending time together. Everything was clean, the host was very friendly and welcoming, and there were no issues with hot water. The cabin also has a barbecue, enough space for socializing, and plenty of parking spots. Highly recommended!

    A wonderfull, beatiful, quiet new hotel. Very good self restaurant. Very kind and helpfull staff. Specially andrea from the reception, and mihaela from the restaurant. Andrea helped us with information about visiting some atractions in the area. Andrea upgraded our room. We will come again, and we reccoment this hotel to everybody, we will come again.

    Plenty of attractions around - Maldarasti, ceramic/pottery...

    Plenty of attractions around - Maldarasti, ceramic/pottery in Olari-Horezu, Hurezi, Bistrita and Arnota Monastery, hiking... plus easy access to Transalpina, Parang Mountains, monasteries and caves in Gorj County. Not to mention that all the turistic attractions and the mountain pathways are not crowded at all, comparing with Prahova Valley. Highly recommend this particular region of Romania!

    We didn't spend much time in the city itself, but it's an excellent location close to some natural monuments and hiking routes. The nearby Vârful lui Roman is astonishing, reaching the top will provide a breathtaking view. Also, 1 hour away by car is the Peștera Muierii, a must see natural monument. While you are in the city, you need to stop at the Necci restaurant, a very lively location with excellent food and great atmosphere.

    Location is just amazing. Looking at the pictures on booking i would have never guessed what beauty lies "behind the scenes". The place looks like it has only a big house with a few rooms available, but in fact it's much more than that. Going in the backyard you discover a little forest with lots of small cottages (bedroom + bathroom), a restaurant, playground for the kids, a small river and lots of green everywhere.

    Beautiful traditional decor and style. Wonderful attention to detail both inside and outside, from the exquisitely carved furniture, to the hand painted touches, and the carefully landscaped yard. Clean, spacious accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. The host has thoughtfully provided everything needed for our stay.
