    The hotel was warm, friendly welcoming and convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The hotel was clean and there were helpful amenities such as tea/ coffee and water in rooms. The restaurant was good value with a varied menu , food was great, served promptly. All staff spoke English, and all were friendly and keen to help. Location was perfect for prompt connections to flights. There are good public transport links into the city too. There is no lift, but this was not an issue as staff helped to carry bags. No noticeable noise from airport or main road with windows closed. No noise from other guests.

    Stay away from this place, they are like thieves in the night. No help and bad business practices. You would be wise to steer clear of this business. Customer satisfaction has no meaning for this establishment.

    The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly,...

    The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly, and the available food is terrible. the food is so overpriced for an airport and does not look fresh. In the Duty Free, the staff are on their phone and do not want to help. The toilets are disgusting and covered in faeces or broken locks. Would not recommend at all.

    Well located to the airport.

    Well located to the airport. Easy to access with train line nearby. Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. We needed somewhere comfortable just for one night and this suited us perfectly. Some shops and restaurants nearby.

    I had a great time with my children in Bucharest.

    I had a great time with my children in Bucharest. The bus system helps you get around the city cheaply. Uber is also very affordable. Our highlight was spending the day at the famous Therme Spa, lots to do, fun slides, restaurants, outdoor space and lots of lounge beds. Great locker system with a wristband for all your needs, you then pay at the end. Drinks and desserts are delicious, food is OK. You can catch a shuttle bus from the spa straight to the airport, so we were able to stay at the spa right up to the end of our stay. Most people were friendly and helpful if they were able to speak English. Perfect for families, couples or adult group trips.

    Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking...

    Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking was 15 mins . Convince store in the area not too far. Clean neighbourhood Built up area. Close enough to The Therme Spa,10 minute taxi ride. Can catch uber or bolt around €8-€10 not even . I think because we were 5 people it was a little more so will be less of 3people. Close to airport too. Can catch bus or taxi. Must visit Edenland for the children and yourself. Zip lining, archery, fun day out.

    I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the host. She was incredibly nice and welcoming, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. She was also very responsive to any questions or requests I had, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend booking this apartment for your next stay.

    Everything was nice, one of the cleanest hotel I have seen in Romania. The hanging shower from the celling was amazing. Dinner was really good and there was a lot of choice with breakfast. The staff is really nice. You can wash and dry your close for free (saved me some time at home :)) and on top it is really close to the airport! Overal my stay was perfect really enjoyed it would 10 out if 10 book it again.

    The hotel is in convenient location with reference to the airport. The shuttle service adds the value needed to get to and from the airport without having to use taxis which are excessively expensive. My check in experience was very good and the fact that the man spoke very good English added a lot of value ! The restaurant serves good food.

    The hotel looks very nice & the staff were very good. However the room was a little tired. We were upset that the room had no coffee or tea making facilities. We were told room service would bring coffee to our room but the service charge was ridiculous.
