It was an unexpected location but in a very very quiet location. The breakfast served was amazing and the host even made us some fresh warm dessert cake! The decor is beautiful and extremely clean. They were very accommodating even though it was a late night last minute booking. The rooms are unique and we loved staying here very much.

Staff: Ana and Alina were amazing. They really catered to our needs and went above and beyond for us. Alina gave us some great sightseeing tips and even gave us a great plan to follow which worked perfectly. Ana helped us when we were being scammed by Uber drivers at Therme. When they realised we were headed for the airport they would accept our ride then cancel it and offer to take us for €15 (Uber was €7). He said there was no point looking elsewhere as they would all cancel me. Which they did and laughed about it. Thankfully, upon contacting Ana helped us out and was able to help us get to the airport. We were very grateful as she helped out of a very very intimidating situation. The decoration was really nice. We loved the layout of the hotel and the simplicity of it. There was a lot of dust in the room. Not visible dust but as we were both allergic to dust we really felt it. Also the room was extremely hot. Reception or cleaner were not able to help us so we just left the window open. The bathroom was relatively clean however the toilet could have done with a clean on the outside as there was residue on it.

    The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly, and the available food is terrible. the food is so overpriced for an airport and does not look fresh. In the Duty Free, the staff are on their phone and do not want to help. The toilets are disgusting and covered in faeces or broken locks. Would not recommend at all.

    Well located to the airport.

    Well located to the airport. Easy to access with train line nearby. Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. We needed somewhere comfortable just for one night and this suited us perfectly. Some shops and restaurants nearby.

    I had a great time with my children in Bucharest.

    I had a great time with my children in Bucharest. The bus system helps you get around the city cheaply. Uber is also very affordable. Our highlight was spending the day at the famous Therme Spa, lots to do, fun slides, restaurants, outdoor space and lots of lounge beds. Great locker system with a wristband for all your needs, you then pay at the end. Drinks and desserts are delicious, food is OK. You can catch a shuttle bus from the spa straight to the airport, so we were able to stay at the spa right up to the end of our stay. Most people were friendly and helpful if they were able to speak English. Perfect for families, couples or adult group trips.

    Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking was 15 mins . Convince store in the area not too far. Clean neighbourhood Built up area. Close enough to The Therme Spa,10 minute taxi ride. Can catch uber or bolt around €8-€10 not even . I think because we were 5 people it was a little more so will be less of 3people. Close to airport too. Can catch bus or taxi. Must visit Edenland for the children and yourself. Zip lining, archery, fun day out.

    The women are quite racist be careful, everything is quite far from the hotel and you need to book bolt's. Make sure you carry a charging point converter because the hotel doesnt have the UK plugs and dont have any points available.

    Great hotel, great staff and right by the airport.

    Great hotel, great staff and right by the airport. A bit loud when the planes go over but expected. The shower did flood slightly but could have been a one off. Staff very friendly, nice little garage next door for snacks. Easy pick up for taxis. Food was lovely and overall very clean and comfortable. We stayed for therme spa which is ten minutes away.

    I chose this hotel because I had a morning flight out and wanted to be close to airport . I also wanted a place that had free breakfast and and a free shuttle . This hotel fit the bill on all 3 counts for a good price. Check in was easy , hotel was clean and breakfast was plentiful . I also paid for dinner in the hotel restaurant the night before and it was very good . The shuttle was easy to book and got me to the airport in less that 5 minutes .

    Excellent food at hotel restaurant (breakfast and lunch had experienced), much better than in same hotel brand than other countries. Staff very friendly and helped me promptly with each request. For one night transit experience was an excellent experience, very comfortable room and excellent position next to Otopeni Airport, very convenient.

    During our stay at Charter Hotel, the only truly positive experience was the interaction with the reception staff. They were courteous, professional, and always willing to assist, which made a noticeable difference.     Newly refurbished accommodation. Clean and comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to make sure you had access to everything you needed. Booking taxi's ordering food to be delivered. Would highly recommended. Also perfect location if visiting Therme Spa!
