The house is beautifully located within easy reach of nearby villages — we visited Viscri and Criț, both just a short drive away. We also went up into the hills at sunrise and sunset, where we saw birds and even deers — truly a magical experience. Our room was pleasantly decorated, and the house has a small kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and stove. There's also a stylish common area in the basement with another coffee machine, dishes, and the option to order food from a nearby café — a very thoughtful touch. The property features loungers with lovely views of the surrounding nature and even the nearby fortress. In the evening, the heating turned on automatically, which was very welcome after a day outdoors. The host was very kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed.

When we arrived Sunday afternoon, Viscri was busy with tourists. As evening fell, a wonderful calm surrounded us and made us enjoy the amazing local kitchen in peaceful bliss. The lodging matched the food - tasteful, carefully balanced and harmonious. A lovely stay!

Very nice and cozy. The property is very well kept and the staff was amazing. You can enjoy a delicious dinner on the terrace. We stayed in the tiny house and it was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was excellent.

Amazing location, spectacular view from the backyard. Time has a different dimension here, everything is peaceful and calm. Pure nature. Exemplary refurbished property with extreme attention to detail. Perfect blend of well preserved tradition and discrete modern touches. Lovely and very caring owners, they ensured we feel very welcomed and at home, as if we would have been friends or family. Great selection of local vines available on site, fabulous breakfast with local traditional products. For dinner you can book one day in advance a 3 course meal with cheese tasting ( matured cheese produced by the owners) prepared and served by the owners in the neighbor village Mesendorf in an old barn. Would definitely recommend, it was absolutely delicious! We will definitely return, it will be our place to go for any future Transylvania trips. Amazing experience, so glad we found you!

We loved everything! So calm and quiet, the house was beyond charming, the food was simply delicious, and everybody was very very nice and particularly patient with our two children. They rode the donkeys, collected chicken eggs, played with the rabbits. It’s was sensational.
