Boris was such a nice guy, he provided clearly instructions for our staying. Guiding us while we were being there and he offered nice recommandations of places to visit. I strongly advise everyone seeing this review and property to give it a shot, since it's in a quiet area, you got two playing and beautiful puppies around and as a bonus the whole experience is quite unique. He has Smart TV, a big sofa and the kitchen is very well equiped.

Peacefull and relaxing place in nature, you feel welcome and at home. House is modern, with everything brand new and stylish, extremely clean. Breathtaking view on the mountains from the bedroom. Very nice owners. There is big fanced territory and neighbours are not close, and you can take a walk towards forest directly from home. It's located on the hill above city of Despotovac (1 km drive from city center), so you're still close to the city but have the feeling that you're completely in the nature. There is even a cherry tree growing in the garden and place to make barbeque under shadow of the grapes. Wonderful experience.

    Despotovac is in a rural part of Serbia, much green around and of course the Manasija monastery is a sight to behold. There is more to visit in the surrounding area but we did not have time as we have only stayed one night. Food is also something we will remember: excellent quality and very affordable prices. We ate at the Tis restaurant

    It is a small city with good food and lot of green around.

    It is a small city with good food and lot of green around. But it is a good middle point where to stay, if you want to visit places nearby that are truly amazing. The Hotel Resava where we stayed, is a good election as very cozy and great views and peaceful. A 2 or 3 days trip is the right amount for visiting all places around.

    Despotovac and its surroundings offer many places for visiting,just a short distance from the town. Monasteries,caves,waterfalls,beautiful viewpoints on Mt.Beljanica,jeep tours, horse riding, paragliding,walking tours,visiting farms, tasting excellent craft beer, hunting and much more. Our favorite places are waterfall Lisine and monasteries Gornjak and Manasija. Many restaurants offer fresh trout from mountain rivers or delicious food prepared in a traditional way- in clay pots. Try some excellent food in restaurant around waterfall Lisine or Zov Homolja, close to Krupajsko vrelo. Local roads are in rather good condition, with lots of curves,but that just adds to the beauty of this area.
