The customer service is great, speak English well, I booked for my mother for one night before her flight back to Australia, they have a shuttle to the airport which was great, also my mother didn’t have the correct charger for the power point to charge her phone, the staff helped her charge her phone, we are very happy with the staff & the lovely hotel, will be recommending this hotel to all family & friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying. The location was very nice considering that we had a car. The hotel offers parking space on a fair rate which was considered as plus. The room was spacious and really clean. Overall our stay was very pleasant

The hotel was a short drive from the airport, Angela picked us up and was absolutely lovely. She even drove me down to the local shop so I could get a pizza. Even though our stay was only for a few hours it was great..

I recently booked a stay at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted kindly by the staff who led me to a modern and spacious room with a large, comfortable bed.
