I cannot even express the gratitude I have for people and this place! They went above and beyond, do not hesitate to stay here, dont bother looking anywhere else, this is the place to stay, the rooms are immaculate, they washed our clothes, prepared our food which tasted phenomenal, I dream about the tilapia! They went all out for my husbands birthday, arranged for halal meat! Wow! Couldn't believe it! Best hotel ive ever stayed in, truly and I have travelled the world, they even organised our tour for the national park, exceptional! Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart!

Very beautiful and quiet place The view from the lodge ( and the shower !) and the restaurant isbreathtaking The staff is professional and very supportive and the food is really good Each lodge is new and clean, large, has a big bed, a big bathroom and a terrasse overlooking the AkageraPark. Short drive away from Akagera (South Gate). Lovely garden, the staff is the greatest asset as they are very nice, flexible and accommodating. The food is great: very fresh, abundant and delicious. Highly recommended - we liked it so much that we also stayed there on our way back from Akagera.

Akagera Rhino Lodge is a great place to stay near Akagera Park—only 15 minutes away by car. The room was very cosy, with an amazing view of the lake! The restaurant is nice, the food is good, and you can also order a picnic to take with you on safari in the park. The staff is really friendly and attentive. There's hot water in the shower, and the Wi-Fi is decent. I 100% recommend this place for its excellent value for money.
