I didn't mind the location, out of town, but beautiful views to me, the breakfast was spectacular, I enjoyed the hospitality, clothes washed and ironed, organised in your room closet, I honestly loved it, and they were nice. Room service too for breakfast and any meals of your choice, the menu is extensive too. loved that!

I loved the friendliness of staff. They’re always ready to help especially the supervisor Schalom. I had a great short stay there. I could take a walk around the area and explore things. Unfortunately, this downtown location has a downside of noise coming from huge speakers of sellers. One thing which I didn’t like was the broken mini bar.

The quality you get for the price is just amazing. The stuff is always helpfull and attentive. There was an absolutely amazing massage included in the price. Also the breakfast buffet was great. We could store our backpacks for some days while travelling through ruanda without any problems. Small problems with the room esp. with the shower were solved immediately
