My driver from the airport dropped me at the back rather than the front of the property by the F&B and I was approached by 2 local men who tried to 'helpfully' take my case and for the first time ever in Saudi felt very uncomfortable - I reported this to the staff when I checked in who immediately sent a team member to investigate and upgraded my room by way of an apology.

Everything exceeds my expectations. The staffs were all so helpful and attentive to foreign clients. The room was MUCH nicer and bigger in person than in pictures. The breakfast is served everyday to each room. If I come back to Riyadh, I’ll 100% stay here again!

A nice&good hotel! My room was big, clean and very quiet, really you can sleep and relax there. All personal very friendly, going to help u in any question. Breakfast also was good&different(The omelets and pancakes with chocolate was delicious) Very recommend, and will back next time there.
