This hotel is incredibly peaceful and excellent in every way. The staff’s responsiveness is outstanding, and their service is prompt. The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use. A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. 10/10 I have been a regular visitor to Makkah and performing Umrah for the last 35 years. This time, I traveled from Dublin, Ireland. Booked the hotel after reading the reviews. Met / exceeded my expectations. Can't complain of anything. Masjid al Haram was easily accessible with 24x7 shuttle bus service. In less than 15 min from hotel room to outside Haram. Room was spacious like a junior suite with Fridge and Microwave oven. Special Thanks for Mr. Aseel at reception for his generosity for allowing flexible check-in and check-outs. Housekeeping service was available when required. Lobby café was superb. Will be booking this hotel for my next visit Inshallah. I recommend to anyone without any hesitation.
